We offer three pricing tiers designed to scale with your needs. Our pricing is based on the number of editors (users who can control and create), viewers (users who can view data), concurrent sessions, and monthly credits for operations.

Editors
Editors collaborate with aidnn to create, execute, and control analysis. They can open and modify Workspaces, run analyses in plain language, set up Ambient Analytics monitoring, build analytical workflows, and generate insights that drive business decisions.

Viewers
Viewers can access completed analyses and insights created by Editors without executing analyses or modifying workspaces. They can view notebooks, workspaces, and historical comparisons, accessing strategic insights without needing analytical expertise or the ability to create new analyses.

Credits are the currency for analyses with aidnn. When aidnn performs an analysis, whether it's generating prompts, processing data, running automations, or other activities, credits are consumed. We provide transparent credit usage tracking in your dashboard so you always know where you stand.

On average, a single (reasonably complex) analysis will consume around 1,000 credits. 50,000 credits will run 40-50 analyses.
Start by thinking about your typical usage patterns. Consider how frequently your team will:

• Generate analysis
• Process large datasets
• Run automated use cases
• Use advanced AI features

If you're just starting out, the Pro plan offers 15-days for free with 50,000 credits.
For larger teams seeking to use aidnn to upskill their operations, the Teams and Enterprise plans support much higher-volume operations—typically enough for teams of 10-25 people collaborating daily.

If you exhaust your monthly credit allocation, you have several options:
‍Upgrade your plan: Move to a higher tier with a larger monthly credit allocation. The Teams plan offers 10x more credits than Pro, and Enterprise plans can be customized to your usage needs.
‍Wait for your monthly reset: Credits automatically reset to your plan's full allocation at the beginning of each billing cycle.

The Pro plan includes a 15-day free trial to help you evaluate aidnn. A credit card is required to start your trial but your card will not be charged until day 15. You can explore the platform, test use cases, and evaluate credit consumption, while deciding which plan best suits your needs.
At the end of the 15-day trial period, you have three options:

• Continue with Pro: Your card will be automatically charged at the Pro plan rate
• Upgrade: Switch to Pro-Max, Teams or Enterprise before the trial ends
• Cancel: End your trial before the 15 days conclude to avoid any charges

• Real-time credit balance: See your remaining credits and total allocation at a glance

Teams and Enterprise plans include additional analytics to help administrators monitor credit consumption across team members and optimize usage patterns.

aidnn is highly adept at allowing you to connect various source systems like data warehouses, financial AR/AP and accounting systems, Google Drive - and, of course, can work with spreadsheets or CSVs on your local machine. Once connected, aidnn automatically understands business and technical metadata from all the systems so you analyze data in those systems in a natural manner without having to provide more context to aidnn.
